OLEOLEX is the story of two Spanish friends who, after reuniting in Denmark, built a bridge between the two countries through one of the most iconic products of Spanish cuisine, with the aim of enhancing the quality and health benefits of traditional Danish cooking: organic extra virgin olive oil (oEVOO). Connecting Madrid’s premium agricultural heritage with Denmark’s refined appreciation for high-quality products; bringing an authentic taste of Spain’s heartland.
Our oil is obtained directly from our native olive varieties: Manzanilla, Cornicabra, Picual and Carrasqueña. These are grown organically, allowing the olives to ripen naturally. After harvesting, the final product is extracted using mechanical methods, guaranteeing the purity and highest quality of an authentic oEVOO full of character.
